KRAFTHUB 10 DAYS RETURNS POLICY

We ensure that customer would have complete peace of mind when buying products from Krafthub. You can return all items within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased. The refund amount will be credited back into your 'My Account' in the form of cash back. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

What can I return?
You can return all products ordered from Krafthub within 10 days of delivery except for personalized products liked Name Plates, Murals, Motifs or any other personalized products. Kindly appreciate that this is a fair policy on returns for personalized products as once the design and personalization is approved by you, we manufacture the product and such personalized products can’t be re-used.
However, if you have received the product damaged, we will accept the returns. In such a case, we MUST receive the damaged product intimation within 24 hours of delivery to process the same. For all other products and their respective returns, please note that Returned products must be unused and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
To ensure that your returns are accepted, please ensure you take adequate measures to ensure your product is in the original condition as sent and not damaged in any way. Krafthub will not be responsible if the goods received are damaged.
How do I return products to Krafthub?
This is an extremely simple process.
Log in to your account. Choose the option ‘Create Returns’ and follow the process. Alternatively, you can call up our Customer Support at +91 7506927506 and place your returns request. After guiding you through the process, our Customer Support Executive will provide you with a returns reference number.
Next, please print out the pre-filled Returns Request Form available in ‘My Account which will have all details provided by our Customer Support executive. This would become available as soon as you place a returns request with us and is already filled in with your Returns Request details. The form helps us process your returns at the earliest.
Finally, put the Returns Form and the item(s) you wish to return inside a strong bag. Please ensure that you use tamper-proof adhesive seal and seal the package in one smooth action. Inscribe the shipping address as mentioned on the package and ship it to us. Incase of receipt of damaged goods, please ensure that you call up customer service within 24 hours of receipt of the product to intimate about the damaged product.
You can also intimate us by email at care@krafthub.com. Kindly attach photographs of the damaged product in the email so that we can assess the cause of damage to ensure better delivery mechanism in future. This is for our internal use and will not affect your returns.

How long will the entire process take?
It can take up to 15 days for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 72 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.
We will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the refund has been allocated to your Krafthub account which can be accessed under 'My Account' page. You can track your returns through the various stages of processing on the 'My Returns' page.
Incase of damaged personalized goods, the same will be replaced and resent. NO ALTERATIONS OR CHANGES WILL BE MADE TO THE REPLACED PRODUCT. Credit will be given only for other products.
Do I get charged for returning products?
No, there is no charge at all. Infact, we regret the inconvenience that you have to go through due to the returns. Your feedback filled in the reasons for returns is extremely helpful to us to ensure that we can reduce the number of returns and enhance your shopping experience.
Incase of returns of damaged goods, as a service gesture, we will credit your account with the courier charges borne by you to a maximum amount of Rs. 200. Kindly send the original invoice of the courier company along with the parcel to enable us to give you the credit.
How will I be refunded for the return?
On successful processing refund, the refund amount of item value would be credited to your Krafthub Credit account. You would be able to use this credit on any of your subsequent purchases on KRAFTHUB.
